Pre-completion is an informal preparatory visit that precedes the official provisional reception. It allows defects to be detected before the legally binding act.

1. What is it for?

To identify in advance the missing finishings, visible defects, and discrepancies with the specifications. The contractor can correct them before the official reception.

No minutes signed, no commitment. It is solely a preparation tool. The provisional reception remains the act that triggers the warranties.
