Content delivery takes place via Cloudflare’s global content delivery network (CDN). European visitors’ requests are served from the provider’s European data centres. No personal data is stored by the host beyond what is strictly necessary to route the requests (technical logs anonymised within 30 days), in compliance with Cloudflare’s standards and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The publication manager, within the meaning of the Belgian law of 30 July 2018 and Article XII.6 of the Code of Economic Law, is:

A maximum response time of five (5) working days applies to general requests, and thirty (30) calendar days to GDPR requests, in accordance with Article 12 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

Design and development

The site reception-provisoire.be was designed, developed and is maintained in-house by the technical team of Mon Etat Des Lieux SRL.

Assistance with editorial drafting, editorial architecture and frontend development was provided by Claude Code, the software assistant developed by Anthropic (claude.com). The underlying technology relies on the Astro framework (static build in TypeScript), with continuous deployment on Cloudflare Pages.

No external agency is involved in the production or maintenance of the site, except for any occasional providers for photographic and illustrative content (see section 7).

Photo and illustration credits

At the date of publication, the illustrations used on the site are:

  • either placeholders generated in-house, pending the production of final photographs;
  • or original photographs taken by the Firm’s team on real construction sites, with prior written consent of the owners concerned;
  • or vector illustrations produced in-house.

The full inventory of photo credits will be integrated into this page once the production phase of visual content is complete. Any use of royalty-free image banks (Unsplash, Pexels, etc.) will be explicitly mentioned with a link to the original source and author.

Site terms of use

Access to and use of the site reception-provisoire.be imply acceptance of these terms. All elements of the site — texts, images, videos, source code, graphic charter, documentary database — are protected by the provisions of Book XI of the Belgian Code of Economic Law and international copyright conventions.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation, transmission or exploitation of all or part of the elements of the site, by any process whatsoever, is prohibited without the prior written authorisation of Mon Etat Des Lieux SRL. Any unauthorised exploitation engages the civil and criminal liability of its author, notably under counterfeiting offences (Articles XV.103 et seq. of the Code of Economic Law).

Limitation of liability

The content published on reception-provisoire.be has an informational and educational purpose. It cannot in any way replace formalised legal advice, an on-site technical expertise, or the consultation of a lawyer, notary or accredited architect.

The Firm strives to keep the disseminated information accurate and up-to-date but cannot guarantee the absence of errors or omissions, in particular with regard to legislative and regulatory references, which change frequently. The visitor acknowledges using this information at their sole responsibility.

Mon Etat Des Lieux SRL cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from access to the site or its use, nor from the temporary impossibility of accessing it for technical reasons (scheduled maintenance, hosting incident, etc.).

The site reception-provisoire.be contains hyperlinks to other websites (in particular Statbel, the Belgian Notaries portal, the Data Protection Authority, the FPS Economy, etc.). These links are provided for information purposes and cannot engage the Firm’s liability as regards the content, availability or privacy policy of the third-party sites concerned.

Setting up a hyperlink pointing to reception-provisoire.be is free, provided it does not harm the Firm’s image or its intellectual property rights. Mon Etat Des Lieux SRL reserves the right to request the removal of any link that it deems prejudicial.

Applicable law

This site and all the relations it generates are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute relating to its use, its content or its availability falls, failing amicable resolution, within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Brussels, without prejudice to the right of the consumer visitor to bring proceedings before the courts of their domicile when the law so provides.
