The pre-completion of a new turnkey house requires a method suited to the typical risks of this type of construction.

1. When?

10 to 15 days before the planned date of the provisional reception. This leaves the contractor time to correct.

2. Sensitive points

  • Watertightness of the roof (a rain test is ideal)
  • Water/gas/electricity connections
  • G1 certificate available
  • Final EPC compliance
  • Exterior finishings (terrace, surroundings)

3. With or without an expert?

The expert brings a neutral eye, a testing protocol, and credibility before the contractor. Often profitable from the first significant reservation onwards.
