Making reception a serene moment, not a battle.
Three architects and one lawyer. No ties whatsoever to a contractor or developer. Just you, your project, and our expert eye on the day when everything is at stake.
Three principles, no concession.
Absolute independence
None of our experts accepts a mission where there is a commercial link with the contractor or developer. No partnership, no commissions received, no kickbacks paid. It is our founding rule, and it has no exception: if we discover a conflict of interest during a mission, we withdraw and refund in full.
Price transparency
A fixed flat fee by surface, announced on the site, no hidden costs. Mileage beyond 50 km is invoiced at the official administrative rate (0.38 €/km), no more. Satisfaction-or-refund guarantee for 14 days, no justification needed. Our prices are the same for all our clients — no 'developer's friend' rate.
Report rigour
Every set of minutes follows the same 147-point protocol, regardless of the property. Every reservation is photographed, measured, dated, legally qualified. Our reports are designed to be directly enforceable in court — that is our quality guarantee. If one of our reports has already been used in proceedings, what we wrote there must stand before a magistrate without rewriting.
