Limestone soils and karst risk.

The Namur Citadel and the whole hinterland rest on fractured limestone liable to karst cavities (localised collapses). On Jambes and Wépion add the Meuse/Sambre flood risk. Demand a G2 soil study and check the Wallonia flood hazard cartography before deed of sale.
