Cluster info · Pre-completion
Pre-completion minutes: should they be drawn up?
The pre-completion minutes are not mandatory, but drafting them secures your findings for the official reception that will follow.
1. Legal value
No direct effect, but they constitute a beginning of written evidence useful to demonstrate the date on which a defect was noted.
2. Minimum content
Identities, date, address, list of findings with photos, signatures of both parties. See also provisional minutes.
3. Logical follow-up
The reservations noted at pre-completion must be lifted before the provisional reception. Failing that, they become official reservations.
Common questions
Are they enforceable?
Not directly, but they constitute a useful beginning of written evidence.
Must they follow a strict format?
No, but a format close to the provisional minutes makes the transition easier.
