How to request the final reception?

The final reception request is generally on the buyer’s initiative, as soon as the one-year deadline is reached. The formalism protects your rights.

1. Who requests?

The buyer in practice. The builder may also request final reception to release the price balance and the security deposit.

2. Form of the letter

Registered with acknowledgement of receipt, mentioning the date of the provisional minutes, the one-year deadline, and proposing 2 dates for an adversarial visit.

3. Next steps

Adversarial visit within 30 days, signed minutes or reasoned refusal. No reply = formal notice.
