On-site pre-completion during the works is more effective than a single final visit: some defects are no longer visible once the finishings are installed.

1. Key moments

  • Weather-tight shell: structure, watertightness, visible insulation
  • Secondary works: screeds, partitions, technical conduits
  • Finishings: paintwork, floors, equipment

2. What to look for

Defects that will be hidden afterwards: poorly installed insulation, unprotected conduits, questionable watertightness. See also site visit frequency.

3. Documentation

Systematic dated photos, written report, sent to the contractor by email (evidence).

Monthly site monitoring.

Common questions

How many visits should be planned?
3 to 5 depending on the duration of the works (shell, systems, finishing).
Can the contractor refuse?
No, not if the visit is announced. A refusal is a warning signal.

Our regular visits detect defects hidden behind the finishings.
