    Contradictory inspection on the day
    Three to four hours on site with you and the contractor. Laser measurements, thermal imaging if needed, compliance check against specifications and permit.

Your questions before a provisional reception quote.

When should I contact you before reception?
Ideally 3 to 4 weeks before the date set by the contractor. It allows time to audit the contract, prepare the checklist and run the briefing. In emergencies, we step in within 5 days.
How long does the on-site inspection last?
Between 3 and 4 hours for a single-family house, 2 to 3 hours for an apartment. The minutes are drafted and signed on the spot, which prevents later disputes.
Are you independent from the developer?
Strictly. We refuse any case where we have a commercial relationship with the contractor or developer. Our sole mandate comes from you, and that is precisely the guarantee of our added value.
What if the contractor refuses to sign the minutes?
The minutes are drawn up contradictorily and the refusal to sign is recorded. You still walk away with an enforceable document, and we trigger the formal notice procedure immediately.
Do you work on all types of homes?
Single-family houses, new-build apartments, lofts, semi-detached homes, vertical extensions, heavy renovations. The 147-point checklist is adapted to the scope of works and contractual clauses.
Is the 12-month follow-up included or optional?
Included at no extra cost on 'Provisional + follow-up' and 'Provisional + final' packages. On the simple package, follow-up can be added later at hourly rate or flat fee.
Do you take on urgent missions?
Yes, within 5 working days if your reception date is imminent. Preparation is then shortened but the quality of the contradictory inspection remains identical.
